Because each Aurah Living piece is printed and framed for your order, returns, refunds and exchanges are not offered. All sales are final.

Damaged or lost orders are the exception. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. We will replace it or refund it. See our Shipping Policy.
