Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering with Aurah. Every piece — whether it's a canvas, a home good, or a garment — is made to order and shipped from the production partner closest to your address. Here's what to expect between order and doorstep.

Shipping times

Orders typically arrive in 3–8 business days — 2–5 days to prepare your piece, plus 1–3 days in transit. We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. UK and Australian orders are printed and shipped locally, so there are no customs delays or import fees.

These are estimates. Public holidays and carrier disruptions can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated by product, quantity, and destination, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Split shipments

Some orders arrive in more than one package. Canvases, home goods, and garments are produced at different facilities, and we ship each piece as soon as it's ready rather than hold the whole order for the slowest item.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch — if nothing moves after that, let us know.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, write to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged pieces, a photograph. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
