About the piece Scroll ↓

On becoming emperor in 1605, Jahangir ordered a chain of gold hung from the walls of the Agra Fort down to the bank of the Yamuna, strung with sixty bells. Anyone denied justice could pull it and the emperor himself would hear. Sixty golden bells ring the edge of this wine-red dial.

The Emperor Collection: five Mughal emperors, five dials, each drawn from a place or a story of his reign.

Made to order for you; please allow a little extra time for production.

  • 46mm stainless steel case and bracelet; choose black, rose gold or silver
  • Automatic mechanical movement, no battery needed
  • Folding clasp; 3ATM water resistance (splash-proof, not for swimming)
  • Gold Urdu numerals; all other dial text in English
