Plate 10 of the imperial Padshahnama: Shah Jahan, enthroned in his hall of audience beneath a brilliant red canopy, receives his three eldest sons Dara Shikoh, Shah Shuja, and Aurangzeb together with their grandfather Asaf Khan during the emperor's accession ceremonies of March 1628. A masterpiece of dense, jewel-toned Mughal court painting — every face a portrait, every textile a study in pattern.

From the imperial Padshahnama, ca. 1640. Restored from the museum archives by Aurah Living.

Printed on premium matte paper, finished within a slim wooden frame with cream mat. Available in Black, Red Oak, and White frames.
