Drawn from the pietra dura inlays of Itimad-ud-Daulah's tomb in Agra — the first Mughal monument built entirely of marble — this design captures its signature restraint: delicate floral arabesques, geometric borders, and a central medallion that seems lit from within. Where the Naulakha shouts in lapis and gold, the Itimad whispers in ivory and ochre.
